Jalaram Blended Spices - Biryani Pulav Masala

Method of use:
Boil 250 grams of Basmati rice and keep aside. Make a dry paste out of ½ spoon fennel seed powder, cinnamon pieces, some peppercorns and 3-4 cloves. Now make a paste with finely chopped coriander leaves, 4 spoons grated coconut, 2-3 green chillies, and one piece of fresh ginger.  Take two spoons of oil and two spoons of clarified butter in a pan. Put some bay leaves and both the pastes. Take 12 bowl of curd and add 12 spoon of Jalaram Shahi Biryani / Pulav Masala and mix. Add the other spices according to your taste and sauté. Add 1 12 cup of mixed and boiled vegetables like peas, carrot, and cabbage to the mixture. Add rice and mix. Let them simmer for some time and serve hot.

Cumin, Aniseed, Cinnamon, Chilly, Bay Leaves, Clove Leaves, Fenugreek, Black Pepper, Big Cardamom, I. Salt, Edible Oil, Cardamom, Nutmeg.
