Jalaram Blended Spices - Aachar Masala

Directions of use:
Marinate mango pieces in turmeric & salt for two days. Then drain the salty water from the mango pieces. Dry the mango pieces in light sunlight for two-three hours. Mix Mango pieces with delicious JM’s Pickle Masala & keep it aside for a day. Heat oil & let cool to room temperature. Mix this oil to the readied mix of mango pieces & JM’s pickle Masala. Blend everything properly. Your very own tasty “Aachar” is ready to eat. For better taste of pickle use mustard or sesame oil & for long preservation of Aachar make sure there is some extra oil on the surface of Aachar.

Uses: Jalaram Aachar Masala is used for preparing Gunda, lemon, kerda, cucumber, carrot & many more pickles.
Chilly, Fenugreek, I. Salt, Mustard oil, Mustard, Comp. Asafoetida.
